SDC Building Design creates refined family homes shaped by the natural environment of each individual site. Every design responds to its surroundings, balancing form, function and a strong sense of place to create homes that feel considered and grounded.


Established in 2015, the studio is led by managing directors Dave Creighton and Shay Connor. Both are closely involved in every project, bringing decades of combined experience and a genuine enjoyment of working collaboratively with clients to shape homes that feel personal and enduring.


Our focus is bespoke residential design. We work closely with each client to understand their lifestyle, priorities and site conditions, then translate that into practical, well-resolved designs.
