How does the collection work?
We strongly believe that access to good design should be available to everyone, so we present a collection of pre-designed homes available for purchase. Simply review the available home designs, select a design and complete payment.
Purchasing the IP of the design will give you the ability to take the design to your selected builder/designer to have it placed on your site. Alternatively, take aspects of the design such as the facade and add them to a pre-existing design you have already worked on.
What do you get?
Already worked on a design yourself or with your designer but love aspects of one of our designs? No problem, purchasing a design gives you all the detail you need to take to your designer to adapt to anything you have already done.
Love a layout that you have already worked on, but love the facade on one of our designs? Easy, purchase the design, take the information to your designer and have them add the facade to your existing layout. All the information your designer needs is in the plans you are purchasing.
After purchase you will receive an email within 24 hours which contains a link to download the design package. The link will be available for 48 hours and the design package will include the following information:
- Full set of architectural plans (floor plans, elevations, section/s, window/door schedules, details, roof plan, concrete plan, material and colour schedule, areas schedule, blank electrical plan/s)
- Electronic dwg file
- Brochure plan
- Nonexclusive, nontransferable, royalty free licence to use intellectual property rights for the design solely for construction once for personal use
- High resolution architectural renderings
